LAS Operations Asset Analyst III

Abbott seeks an LAS Operations Asset Analyst III to support laboratory equipment management and compliance in the Cancer Diagnostics Division. The role involves maintaining equipment records, coordinating service and maintenance activities, managing work orders, and ensuring regulatory compliance across installed systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain equipment records and maintenance schedules in CMMS across multiple sites with accurate data integrity
• Review calibration certificates and technical documentation to verify compliance and identify out-of-tolerance results
• Receive, assign, and track work orders; dispatch helpline requests and respond to customers and vendors
• Schedule third-party vendors for service, coordinate equipment returns, and manage tagging and labeling per regulatory requirements
• Support site inventory by ordering parts, tracking equipment lifecycle, and ensuring service teams have necessary tools and consumables

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field (or associate degree with 2 years relevant experience, or high school diploma/GED with 4 years relevant experience)
• 2+ years experience with customer service, CMMS, Calibration Management Systems, or Windows-based data capture systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel macros and pivot tables
• Basic computer skills: internet navigation, email, word processing
• Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
• Hands-on equipment qualification experience (preferred)
• Experience in regulated environments: CAP, CLIA, FDA, or ISO (preferred)

Compensation: $20.50–$41.00/hour
