Project Manager / Estimator

People Source is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator for a full-time opportunity. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with computers, managing multiple responsibilities, and supporting both project management and estimating functions. The role combines office-based responsibilities with hands-on involvement as needed, so candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and assisting with different aspects of daily operations. Position Details Pay: $40,000–$80,000 annually DOE Schedule: Monday–Thursday Hours: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM Job Responsibilities Assist with project planning, estimating, and coordination Prepare and review estimates, project information, and related documentation Maintain organized project records and computer-based files Communicate with team members regarding project needs, schedules, and updates Track project details and help ensure information remains accurate and up to date Use computer programs and systems to complete daily administrative and project-related tasks Assist with material and equipment coordination as needed Operate a forklift when required Support the team with additional project and operational responsibilities as needed Qualifications Strong computer skills are required Comfortable learning and working with different computer programs and systems Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate information Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Ability to operate a forklift as needed Forklift license is not required Dependable and able to work Monday–Thursday from 6:30 AM–5:00 PM Join the Team If you have strong computer skills, are organized, and are interested in a position that combines project management, estimating, and day-to-day operational responsibilities, we’d like to hear from you.
