Aufgaben
- berwachung der reibungslosen Zustellung ausgehender Sendungen (national & international)
- Ansprechpartner fr interne und externe Reklamationen
- Sendungsverfolgung und Kontrolle der Schnittstellenprozesse
- Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden zu sendungsbezogenen Themen
- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Disposition, Umschlagslager, Nahverkehrsfahrern und Niederlassungen
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann (M/W/D) fr Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung alternativ: kaufmnnische Ausbildung mit einschlgiger Erfahrung im speditionellen Umfeld
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der nationalen und internationalen Sammelgutspedition
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen und gngigen MS Office-Anwendungen
- Ausgeprgtes Qualittsbewusstsein sowie kundenorientiertes Denken
- Kommunikationsstrke, Teamfhigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
