Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans for inpatient rehab patients.
- Deliver evidence-based PT interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, gait, and activities of daily living.
- Monitor progress, reassess goals, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes in the patient record.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, safety, and home exercise programs; coordinate discharge planning with the care team.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize functional recovery and minimize risk of complications.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and complete required documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in physical therapy, preferably in inpatient rehabilitation or a closely related setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Ability to work Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., in an inpatient rehab environment.
- Willingness to participate in a 26-week travel assignment in Granbury, Texas.
- Current eligibility or licensure considerations to practice PT as required by state regulations.
