Job Title: Packaging Associate
Location: St. Louis, MO, 63122

Job type: 6 to 8 Months
Pay Rate: $16.45/hr
Work Schedule: Part-Time, 2 days per week, Monday through Thursday (choose any 2 days)
Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Packaging Associates to support production line operations in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include assembling, labeling, inspecting, packaging, and stacking finished products while maintaining quality and safety standards. Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities
Perform manual assembly and packaging tasks on production lines.
Place bottles onto conveyor lines and package components as required.
Verify product labels, codes, and components against packaging orders.
Label cases, cartons, and bags accurately.
Pack and stack finished products for shipment or storage.
Inspect products for damage or defects and report quality concerns to the production supervisor.
Read and follow production documents, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and safety instructions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Follow production procedures and complete other assigned duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
0–1 year of general work experience; light assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.
Ability to read and understand production documents and safety information.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for 8–9 hours per shift.
Frequent bending and minimal climbing.
Ability to work in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled environments.

Required PPE
Safety-toe work boots or shoes.
Safety glasses.
Protective gloves.
Hearing protection when required in designated areas.
