Job Responsibilities Manage restaurant controls such as labor cost, inventory, and cash procedures on a daily basis Follow and enforce all restaurant safety and security policies and procedures Coach and follow‑up on crew to ensure excellent operations Assist in the continued growth and development of employees inside the restaurant Support the General Manager with setting and achieving store goals Successfully manage a department such as Kitchen, People or Guest Services Create and complete goals for the individual department Assist with quality hiring, staffing and retention Shift Manager Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Requirements Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure high quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets standards, monitoring safety, security and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, helping departments meet goals, and meeting shift targets. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older.
