Forklift/Warehouse Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)

• Safely and efficiently operate sit-down forklifts and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, load, and unload materials
• Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling and documentation of goods
• Organize and maintain inventory within designated warehouse locations, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and promptly report any mechanical issues or safety concerns
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.

Forklift/Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a warehouse environment
• Demonstrated proficiency and certification in operating sit-down forklifts
• Demonstrated proficiency and certification in operating stand-up forklifts
• Ability to perform physical general warehouse tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
