Position Overview: Cobae Management is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager to join our on-site team in Charlotte, NC. A person who succeeds at Cobae enjoys building relationships, working directly with people, and takes ownership of their personal and professional goals. This position is best suited for individuals who are competitive, driven, goal-oriented, and interested in future leadership and management roles. Responsibilities Build and maintain new and existing client relationships through in-person meetings. Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction with services. Identify opportunities for new customers and handle the sales/acquisition process Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals. Represent Cobae Management at in-person client meetings and events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Support a positive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in sales and working with people. Goal-driven and eager to learn. Comfortable working in an on-site, face-to-face environment. Ability to travel occasionally for work-related opportunities. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
