Change Management Consultant

Leading the end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for an enterprise-wide AI-Powered HR Service Delivery transformation, the part-time Change Management Consultant will develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training activities to support over 80,000 employees in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management plans and governance models Conduct organizational readiness and stakeholder impact assessments across various business functions Create and implement communication strategies and training materials to drive adoption of new technologies Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of Change Management experience, including 3+ years in enterprise HR or IT technology implementations Proven experience leading organizational change for enterprise AI or self-service technology implementations Hands-on experience creating and executing OCM strategies independently Strong knowledge of ADKAR or equivalent structured change management methodologies
