Ministry Services Specialist

Description Leading The Way (LTW) is a Christian media ministry committed to the proclamation of the whole counsel of God. We operate in the USA, Canada, Australia, and England, using today’s technology to reach a global audience with television, radio, and digital programs broadcast in 28 languages. LTW also runs an Arabic satellite channel, distributes solar‑powered Navigators, employs field teams, and hosts international evangelistic events. Responsibilities System entry and follow‑up on customer orders, donations, and ministry inquiries received by mail, web, call center, and phone. Non‑cash data entry. Calendar year‑end tax statement processing and research. Assist Ministry Relations with product data entry and fulfillment. Create new product codes and monitor existing ones. Product inventory control. Assist with new account creation and monthly donor mailings. Qualifications Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 3+ years of customer service and data entry experience. Accounts receivable experience desired. Honesty, integrity, credibility, friendliness, professionalism, and selflessness. Problem‑solving, organized, and team‑player skills. Superior telephone communication skills. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency. Agreement with LTW’s Church Membership & Statement of Faith. Desired Characteristics Christian faith. Sense of calling to the ministry. Competence in all job duties. Commitment to high standards and stewardship. Compensation and Benefits Salary. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Group term life insurance.
