• Shift: 24-hour shifts at Level III units; 10- or 12-hour day shifts, 12- or 16-hour night shifts at Level IV unit
• Hours/Week: Varies by shift
• Employment Type: Full-time
• License/Certs: Current NNP Board Certified (no FNP, PNP); active Florida license preferred
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years as NNP in high-acuity NICU settings

What You ll Do:

• Provide expert neonatal care in a large-level NICU environment, managing complex medical conditions.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and healthcare professionals dedicated to high-quality patient outcomes.
• Rotate through multiple hospitals within the healthcare system, providing coverage during various shifts.
• Follow established protocols and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Support families and communicate care plans effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

What You Need:

• Required:
  
  
  • Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (cannot accept FNP or PNP)
  • Minimum 2 years of recent NNP experience in a Level III or IV NICU
  • Current Florida licensure or eligibility to practice
  • Ability to work high-acuity, fast-paced environment

  • Experience in a multi-hospital system
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
