Requirements:

Master's Degree (minimum) and/or Doctorate in Nursing - REQUIRED
NNP - Board Certified - REQUIRED (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)
FL License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exemption, required at presentation
Current 2+ years of employment experience as NNP (not including RN experience) - REQUIRED
DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - REQUIRED no exemptions
Must have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing and/or DNP; Current 2+ years' experience as NNP (not including RN)
