Job Summary:We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Principal Software Developer in Long Island City, NY. This role will involve leading a team of developers in designing and building cutting-edge software solutions.Responsibilities:- Lead a team of developers in creating high-quality software
- Collaborate with other departments to define project requirements
- Develop and implement software solutions to meet business needs
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers
- Stay current on industry trends and recommend new technologies
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues as needed
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environmentQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, C++, Python)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
