**Required Experience and Certifications:** - Minimum 2 years of experience required in ED. - ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required. - EPIC experience required. - Previous Charge RN experience preferred. - Level II Trauma experience preferred. - Pass/Fail EKG exam required for all RNs. **Preferred Certifications:** - CPI, PALS, TNCC certifications. **Skills:** - Arterial line management - BiPAP/CPAP management - Blood Product Administration - Care of Ventilated Patient - Central line care/management - Continuous IV sedation - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - IV vasopressors - Management of dysrhythmias - Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring - Traumatic Brain injury management **Additional Qualifications:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - License in hand required with submission. - Education verification through a third party is required. - Facility will not accept any education from schools listed on the Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list. - Background Check: Facility will not accept any open cases on the background check.
