**Experience Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years of experience required in Emergency Department (ED). - Previous Charge RN experience preferred. - Level II Trauma experience preferred. **Certifications & Licensure:** - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required. - Basic Life Support (BLS) required. - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required. - Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) preferred. - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred. - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred. - EPIC charting system experience required. - License in hand required with submission. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration. - Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation. - CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi. - Gunshot wounds, Head injury, ICP monitoring, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs). - Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors. - Level I Trauma Center, Level II Trauma Center, Management of dysrhythmias. - Near drowning, Neuro-Trauma, Non-Trauma Emergency Department, Ortho trauma. - Phlebotomy, Procedural sedation administration/monitoring, Spinal cord injury. - Starting and maintaining IVs, Traumatic amputation, Traumatic Brain injury. - Triage, Dysrhythmia Interpretation/EKG test. **Other Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions only. - Flu Vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions only. - Education verification through a third party required. Education from certain unrecognized schools is not accepted. - Background check with no open cases required. - Local candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius. No locals accepted. - Travelers must be prepared for EKG exam compliance, with two attempts allowed. Study material not provided, plan accordingly.
