Since 1981, Big Moe Spring and Alignment has been Atlanta’s trusted name for medium and heavy-duty truck suspension, steering, drive shafts, and alignments. We’re a family-owned shop that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and long-term relationships. We’re small enough to treat every employee like family, but skilled enough to handle the toughest jobs on the road.
We’re currently seeking a dependable and motivated Service Technician / Mechanic to join our team. This position offers long-term stability, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair suspension, steering, and drive shaft components.
- Perform work accurately and efficiently as listed on repair orders.
- Install and test parts or components for proper function and safety.
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and repair protocols.
- Communicate clearly with the service writer and management about needed repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure quality service.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in heavy-duty suspension, steering, or drive shaft repair (5+ preferred )
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Own tools ( preferred )
- ASE certifications in suspension, brake, or steering repair ( a plus )
- Bilingual ( a plus )
- Must be 18 or older
