Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Occupational Therapist license or eligibility
• Minimum of 1 year of OT experience
• Experience in acute care, inpatient, rehab, or hospital settings preferred
• BLS certification required within 30 days of start date
• Ability to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to support patients with functional mobility and ADLs
• Excellent documentation skills
• Ability to manage a daily caseload and prioritize patient needs

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or higher
• At least 1 year of experience in acute care, inpatient, rehab, or hospital environments

Other Requirements:

• Must be available for onsite interview
• BLS certification required within 30 days of employment

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $32.62 – $48.93 per hour
• Full-time permanent position
• Day shift with rotating weekends
• Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus, based on eligibility, with a 2-year commitment potentially required
