Responsibilities

Internal

• Works with service advisors and service technicians to identify, locate, cost out, and deliver appropriate part
• Serves service advisors and service technicians in a timely/efficient manner
• Maintains organized inventory of parts department

External

• Enthusiastically greets retail customers
• Identify, locate, price out, and deliver appropriate part to retail customer
• Serves customer in a timely/efficient manner

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and utilize service tools/software
• Organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Preferred service and/or parts experience with imports or domestic vehicles and automotive service-related operations
