Promotes a caring and healing environment for patient-centered care. Qualifications Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent. Completion of a Nurse's Aide program and previous hospital or health care experience preferred. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at time of hire or within 3 months of hire.
