Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring smooth delivery of services, timely updates, and high satisfaction levels. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate service accounts, maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Track and monitor service progress, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and timing standards
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide regular status updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and project timelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and account records
- Identify areas for service improvement and contribute to process optimization
- Assist with preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for client accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in client service, account coordination, or administrative support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
