Position: Sales Construction Trainee – We are hiring motivated professionals ready to step into a rewarding home improvement career. No roofing sales experience required – training provided.
Compensation:
▪ Earn $150K–$350K
Qualifications:
▪ Previous sales or canvassing experience
▪ Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing neighborhoods
▪ Able to climb ladders and perform inspections
Responsibilities:
▪ Canvass storm-damaged neighborhoods and identify homes with storm-damaged roofing
▪ Perform roof inspections
▪ Help homeowners start the process of getting a new roof covered by their insurance
▪ Complete paperwork
