Overview
Registered Nurse – ICU travel assignment in Geneva, NY. Start date 08/17/2026 for approximately 27 weeks on a 3x12-hour rotating schedule (7a–7p / 7p–7a). Weekly pay range is $2,051 to $2,116. Guaranteed hours are not guaranteed. The assignment takes place in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital ICU and requires active NYS RN licensure with critical-care certification prerequisites.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for adult and geriatric ICU patients, with continuous monitoring and timely responses to changes in condition
- Administer medications, evaluate therapeutic responses, and support ventilated patients and hemodynamic stability
- Perform and document treatments, procedures, and care plans; participate in daily rounds and interdisciplinary care conferences
- Monitor and interpret critical data (vital signs, telemetry, labs) and escalate concerns per unit protocols
- Maintain patient and family safety, infection control practices, and accurate electronic medical record documentation while ensuring smooth handoffs

Requirements
- Current NYS RN license (active)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required, compliant through the RQI system during orientation
- NIHSS certification
- Basic Coronary Care certification within 6 months of hire
- CPI certification within 90 days of hire
- Education: Completion of an approved nursing program and eligibility for NYS RN licensure
