Shift 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Experience 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience. BSN completion required. Requirements Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations. Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >30 miles from facility to be submitted. COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted. 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Adaptive Workforce Solutions Program - Finger Lakes Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Adaptive Workforce Solutions Program - Finger Lakes Health. Required skills/experience: Must be cross trained for multiple units (med/surg, ICU, ER), must have critical care experience. Required credentials: AHA or RQI specifically; Basic Coronary Care within 6 months of hire; CPI certification within 90 days of hire. Preferred credentials: Certification by the Emergency Nurses Association recommended within 2 years of hire; TNCC recommended within 2 years of hire. Special requests: RTO must be submitted with application for approval. Holiday RTO is not guaranteed. Shift & scheduling: Holidays & every other weekend required, as well as 2 on‑call shifts required per 4‑week period. Floating requirements: Must be willing to float at Finger Lakes Health facilities only; Must be able to float between Med/Surg, ICU, and ED units at both GGH & SSMH locations. 7 days maximum time off. 2 references required.
