Retail Sales Associate Part Time

Responsibilities Consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment. Stand and walk for the majority of the shift, frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and/or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors. Build a relationship with customers from greeting through post‑sale contact. Assist with visual merchandising, set‑up, and other store-related projects, as well as conduct merchandise stock counts. Handle the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale in the store. Voluntarily work between multiple store or site locations, and across multiple brands (if desired). Compensation Pay Range: $17.00 - $21.25/hr. Pay is based on skills, background, and experience. Base pay is market location dependent and may be subject to prevailing wage laws.
