Alliance for Wellness is a well-established physician-founded and physician-led psychiatric group serving Southern California since 2010.

We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our diverse and seasoned group of Board-Certified Providers to support our San Diego County partner.

• Provide inpatient psychiatric care, rounding in-person with support from a multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners.

• Provide collaborative and efficient patient care by utilizing the hospital EMR.

• Availability to provide telehealth services, treating patients via video/phone.

• Equipped to manage all aspects of psychiatric care, including consults, psychiatric holds, discharge disposition, and related patient care.

• Will be supporting Palomar Medical Center's Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Escondido, San Diego, CA.

• Full-time coverage of the hospital's CSU.

• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday , with at least one weekend per month .

• Will see approximately 20 patients per day .

• Salary Package: $350,000–$385,000 annually.
  

• California medical license (or ability to obtain).

• Preferred start date: As soon as possible.

• 1099 Independent Contractor preferred , but open to W2 employment.

• Collaborative team approach to patient care.

• Reasonable, flexible schedules.

• Clinical autonomy with excellent support.

• Paid occurrence-based malpractice coverage.

• Can be employed as a 1099 Independent Contractor or W2 employee.
