Speech Language Pathologist - Part Time (CF Friendly)

Be Brave Speech Therapy, Inc., is a small private speech-language pathology practice based in Escondido, CA. Our goal is to provide high-quality client-centered, collaborative speech and language services to all of our clients. We are looking for a part-time W2 employee for a pediatric caseload. Additional caseload is expected to become available beginning September 2026, with opportunities for continued growth thereafter. We are seeking someone with a flexible mindset who has availability to provide therapy in avariety of settings: in-person at private schools, daycares, in-office (Escondido), in-home, and via teletherapy. Services are provided Monday through Thursday. If you are wanting to solely work with early intervention clients, services can be done anywhere in San Diego county! Requirements: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Excellent CF candidates may be considered at this time Time management and organizational skills Self-starter and high level of initiative Engaging and thoughtful interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and families as well as other team members Reliability and flexibility Creative individual to make therapy sessions fun and engaging Bilingual in Spanish a plus Job Duties & Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments, write appropriate evaluation reports, and goals Maintain appropriate data and paperwork with daily SOAP notes, progress notes every 6 months, and discharge reports after a client graduates or gets discharged from therapy Communicate honestly and openly with clients and family members $50-$60/hour (based on experience) Paid sick leave M-Th caseload Furnished office (if at Escondido location) Company computer Mileage reimbursement for sessions done in-home, daycare, private schools Day off for your birthday (paid) Consistent collaboration/communication with SLP mentor Access to therapy materials on site (Escondido) Access to office supplies (Escondido) Flexible dress code every day #J-18808-Ljbffr Be Brave Speech Therapy, Inc.
