Fair Hills Apartments - 2829 27th St W, Williston, ND 58801

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Occasional Saturdays)

Responsibilities:
- Manages and oversees all on-site personnel
- Oversee and foster a great working environment for team
- Building and maintaining a relationships with community residents
- Ensure property is leased at or above market occupancy
- Capture highest renewal rates for existing tenants
- Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in multifamily housing
- Experience managing a team of 3+ employees
- Yardi experience preferred
- CRMIQ experience a plus
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills

- Competitive pay ($60,000-$70,000 annually!)
- Quarterly Bonus up to $4,800 annually
- Monthly Delinquency Bonus potential of $3,600 annually
