Quality TechnicianA Union City tire manufacturing company supplies tire and wheel assemblies to a leading automotive manufacturer. We are committed to delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team and help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesInspect tire and wheel assemblies to verify they meet quality standards and specifications.Investigate defects, assist with root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Complete inspection reports, maintain accurate quality records, and manage defective parts inventory.Work closely with production, supervisors, and Quality Engineers to resolve quality issues.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.1+ year of Quality Control or Quality Technician experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred).Forklift certification required; WMS/ERP and Excel experience is a plus.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.Able to stand for 8-hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs., and work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
