Become a part of a collaborative team of CRNAs at a vibrant community hospital located just south of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area:

• Autonomous CRNA practice: Enjoy independence and practice at the top of your license.
• Work schedule: Full-time compensation for a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday.
• Facility details: Level IV trauma center with 4 operating rooms, handling approximately 2000 cases in 2024.
• Diverse case mix: Engage in a variety of procedures including General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, ObGyn, Urology, and Podiatry. Note: No heads, hearts, or pediatrics.
• Team environment: Experience a supportive and collegial atmosphere among surgeons, CRNAs, nurses, and technicians, free from power struggles.

Attractive compensation package: Base salary combined with a call stipend ranges from $330,000 to $350,000+, with opportunities for additional earnings.

• Options for full-time, part-time, and casual employment are available.
• Signing bonuses of up to $80,000+, along with training stipends and relocation assistance.
• All call is compensated and managed via beeper, with a generous additional stipend for any callbacks. Call rotation is 1:8.
