Manager Product Management - Integrated OR

Are you passionate about shaping the future of the digital and integrated Operating Room? We are looking for a Manager Product Management – Integrated OR to lead the strategy, roadmap, and market success of our Integrated OR portfolio. In this role, you will define the vision for our next-generation integrated OR solutions, driving seamless interoperability across hardware, software, and workflow components. You will collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Regional Marketing, and Clinical stakeholders to ensure our products meet real-world clinical needs while supporting the company’s long-term strategy. You will lead and develop the Product Management & Marketing team for Integrated OR, ensuring high performance, strong cross-departmental collaboration, and a clear orientation toward customer value. Key responsibilities include: Define and articulate the product vision and long‑term strategy for the Integrated OR portfolio in alignment with General Management. Translate strategy into a clear, actionable product roadmap with global relevance. Lead and motivate the Integrated OR Product Management & Marketing team, fostering a high‑performing and collaborative environment. Gain a deep understanding of customer workflows in the operating room, to identify unmet needs, growth opportunities and competitive differentiators. Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders and engage directly with customers, clinical users, and sales teams in the field and at trade shows. Provide clear, structured voice‑of‑the‑customer input and marketing specifications for R&D. Ensure alignment between customer needs, technical feasibility & business goals. Define and maintain the article structure and pricing strategy, ensuring the product offers a competitive and profitable business model.
