Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.Role PurposePhysician Assistant to deliver Neko's preventive-care model to members in Washington, DC, using advanced, non-invasive technology and clinical expertise to identify health risks early and translate findings into action plans that genuinely change what a member does next. This is a deeply collaborative role at the intersection of clinical excellence, member experience, and a conviction that catching things early changes lives. You'll practice within a delegated scope agreed with your supervising Physician, escalate findings that warrant physician-level review, and work alongside Operators and cross-functional teams to deliver a connected, insight-driven member experience.What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 MonthsComprehensive preventive health screenings delivered using Neko's high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support — with consistent quality across every member visit.Personalized, action-oriented health plans created from screening data, translated into next steps the member actually takes — measured by member follow-through and downstream outcomes.Member education on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies that lands — measured by how the member felt about the consultation, not just the clinical findings.Clear, timely escalation to supervising Physicians on findings that warrant physician-level review — strengthening continuity of care and clinical quality across the clinic.Cross-functional collaboration with Operators, Physicians, and care teams that improves continuity of care and the end-to-end member experience.What We're Hiring ForGenuine belief in the mission — a personal commitment to preventive medicine, not just as a specialism, but as a way of practicing.
