Front Desk Night Audit

Overview Our Night Auditors are the overnight ambassadors of Big Sky Resort, responsible for ensuring seamless guest service and accurate end-of-day operations. You’ll be the go-to contact for guests arriving late, departing early, or needing assistance throughout the night. In this role, you’ll gain a deep understanding of our lodging offerings and play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly while most of the resort sleeps. This position supports front desk operations at the Summit Hotel, Village Center, and Huntley/Shoshone Lodge. Responsibilities Picture yourself as a Night Auditor at Big Sky Resort and having the opportunity to: Provide warm, professional service to guests checking in or out during overnight hours Serve as the primary point of contact for late-night inquiries and guest needs Run nightly audit reports and reconcile daily transactions across lodging and food & beverage outlets Process credit card and cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail Communicate effectively with Security and other overnight departments as needed Stay informed on all resort activities, dining options, and amenities to assist guests at any hour Collaborate with Bell, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests Maintain a safe and welcoming front desk presence while standing for extended periods Protect guest privacy and respond appropriately to unusual activity or behavior Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Positive attitude and strong desire to learn Hospitality experience is preferred but not required Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Available for overnight shifts, typically 11:00pm – 7:00am Ability to lift, push or pull at least 35 pounds Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift All full time seasonal employees can enjoy the following benefits: FREE All Mountain Ski Pass and eligibility for Free or Discounted Tickets to other Montana Mountains and Boyne Resort properties Discounted vouchers for skiing at Big Sky Resort for friends and family Discounted ski/snowboard rentals with a free employee lesson 25%-50% off F&B and Retail at all Boyne outlets Eligibility for affordable Team Member Housing Lodging discounts for friends and family Discounted Lone Mountain Ranch Cross Country Ski Trail Pass Wellness Day and Eligibility for PTO Monthly employee events #J-18808-Ljbffr Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation
