What You'll Be Doing: Provide insider info on the best BBQ spots, the easiest stadium routes, and must-see KC attractions. Master our front desk systems to handle reservations, check-ins, and payments with speed and accuracy. Anticipate guest needsfrom tracking down a missing package to ensuring a V.I.P. request is executed perfectly. Uphold the high standards of the Best Western Plus brand while adding your own personal touch of midwestern hospitality. Complete shift checklists and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure the hotel is always "stadium-ready." Qualifications What You Bring to the Team: A High School diploma (or equivalent) is required.
