Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Century City Psychiatry, founded by Dr. Mike Mah (Instagram @ DrMikeMah ), is seeking a dedicated, board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join his new insurance-based outpatient psychiatry practice in Century City, Los Angeles (90025). This is a unique opportunity to become a foundational team member in a growing, comprehensive and holistic mental health practice focused on delivering high-quality care with strong clinical leadership. This position will begin part-time while you build your patient panel, with the expectation of growing to a full-time schedule. Thanks to our strong referral network, established reputation, and high local demand, new clinicians typically ramp up to full-time within 6–12 months, sometimes sooner. You'll benefit from direct mentorship and supervision from Dr. Mike Mah , an established psychiatrist with a reputation for clinical excellence and innovation in mental health care. Job Type: Part-time, Direct hire Pay: $75 per hour Hours: Mon-Fri What You'll Do: Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management (via telehealth and in-office care) Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team to ensure excellent continuity of care Maintain accurate, timely documentation using our modern EHR and communication systems Participate in the administration and clinical management of Spravato (esketamine) as the practice expands Receive regular clinical mentorship and supervision from Dr. Mah to support your professional growth What We're Looking For: Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Active and unrestricted NP license in California Current DEA license Commitment to delivering comprehensive, holistic, evidence-based psychiatric care Desire to grow within a collaborative outpatient practice environment Preferred: Prior experience in an outpatient psychiatric setting Familiarity with EHRs and telehealth platforms Interest in integrative or advanced treatments like ketamine/Spravato What We Offer: Competitive salary (W-2) with performance-based bonus opportunities Full administrative support - scheduling, billing, credentialing handled Hybrid structure: telehealth + in-person care at our Century City location Clinical mentorship and collaboration with Dr. Mah Opportunity to influence and help shape the culture and structure of a growing practice Pathway to full-time as your panel builds Century City Psychiatry is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
