Quality Analyst

Quality AnalystAnheuser-Busch is seeking a Quality Analyst to support beer and beverage production in a high-volume manufacturing environment. In this relief role, you'll provide quality coverage across rotating shifts, performing lab tests on raw materials, in-process beer, and finished products. You'll audit brewing and packaging operations, maintain and calibrate lab equipment, and analyze data to detect trends and drive corrective actions. Partnering closely with operations, you'll uphold strict safety, GMP, and quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, heritage-driven yet innovative culture.ResponsibilitiesConduct routine and non-routine quality tests on raw materials, in-process beer, and finished productsCalibrate, operate, and maintain lab and packaging quality testing equipmentAudit brewing, packaging, and sanitation processes for compliance with quality and safety standardsAnalyze quality data, identify trends, and escalate issues with recommended corrective actionsDocument test results and maintain accurate records in quality systemsCollaborate with brewing, packaging, and maintenance teams to resolve quality deviationsSupport root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives on the production floorParticipate in sensory evaluations and product release decisions on relief/rotating shiftsEnsure adherence to safety, GMP, and environmental regulationsProvide quality coverage across shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededRequired SkillsQuality control testingStatistical process control (SPC)Laboratory equipment operationMicrobiology or chemistry testingGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Root cause analysisData analysis and reportingFood/beverage safety standards (HACCP, FSMA)Technical documentationManufacturing process knowledge
