About the Position

Job Title: Case Manager RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year Case Management experience and 2 years of RN experience required License: RN License required, pending license accepted Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: 1 year of inpatient Case Management experience is required. 2 years of Registered Nurse experience is required. COVID vaccination is required; religious and medical exemptions accepted with completion of exemption form signed by a provider. No locals within a 100-mile radius. Description: This position involves working a Thursday to Sunday schedule. A minimum of 1 year of inpatient Case Management experience is required, along with 2 years of RN experience. Candidates with only outpatient Case Management experience will not be considered. The position requires weekend shifts. Certifications in BLS and a current RN license are mandatory. This position has a patient ratio of 1:5 during the day and 1:6 at nights and weekends. The facility has a daily census of approximately 60 patients. The patient care team includes Physical Therapy, Social Services, and Pharmacy support. Pre-approved time off is limited. Must be flexible with schedule accommodations. Travel experience is preferred, but first-timers are accepted. Candidates should have experience with the Cerner charting system. All candidates must meet health and safety requirements. This role is suited for those who are team-oriented and can work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary setting.
