This position offers entry‑level managers an opportunity to learn key management skills and practice judgment and discretion. Role Priorities And Responsibilities Confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. Supervise non‑management associates, assign work, focus on store‑level operational performance, coach, and develop shift supervisors. Competently perform duties in the absence of the General Manager. Motivate and positively influence staff, especially during low morale periods. Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills. Address issues in a timely manner. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Maintain awareness of all applicable brand standards and protocols to maximize brand/landlord/labor relations. Keep the restaurant clean, inviting, and compliant with brand standards. Accurately manage cash and process daily reports as directed. Address customer needs and resolve issues to build positive, long‑term relationships. Validate inventory data through spot inventory counts and checks. Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements Passion for helping people learn and grow the business. Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with sharp business acumen. Minimum 2 years of experience in quick‑service restaurant or similar management operations. Flexible and open work schedule. Basic food safety knowledge and practice. Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs. This position may require additional functions as determined by business needs.
