Compensation: Base salary starts from $65,000 to $77,500 and includes a Restaurant Monthly Incentive Program, potentially resulting in Total Target Cash ranging from $92,696 to $105,196. Base salary is based on location, experience, and qualifications. Incentive amounts may vary and depend on actual restaurant performance, profitability, and eligibility criteria.
