Supply Chain Launch Manager-Orthopaedics

DePuy Synthes seeks a Supply Chain Launch Manager to lead orthopaedic product launches and lifecycle programs across multiple manufacturing sites. The role involves developing supply chain strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence from product development through market stabilization.

Responsibilities

Lead supply chain readiness on global new product development and lifecycle programs from charter through stabilization
Design and establish value chains aligned with business functions and strategic objectives
Provide end-to-end program management across commercial, R&D, quality, planning, and supply chain partners
Build and mentor multi-functional teams while driving accountability to supply chain readiness processes
Deliver project communications to leadership and manage business issues escalation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; Master's degree preferred
Minimum six years in manufacturing, planning, procurement, or related healthcare industry roles
Project management experience with demonstrated methodology application and resource management
Data analytics skills and financial acumen for project management
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities across organizational levels
Experience in complex matrix organizations and cross-partner collaboration
Medical device industry background preferred; Six Sigma or Lean certification a plus
