Oncology Registered Nurse

This position offers a 12-hour night shift schedule, providing a great opportunity for work-life balance.

This is a 13-week contract position.

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic oncology setting. The role requires knowledge in administering chemotherapy, biotherapy, and managing complex care for oncology patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments.
• Manage blood products, IV antibiotics, and anticoagulant infusions.
• Provide central line care and maintenance.
• Perform IV starts and telemetry monitoring (no monitor techs).
• Assist with tube feedings and other symptomatic needs of patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification preferred.
• Prior travel nursing experience in oncology is required.
• Experience in a large teaching facility and EPIC system within the last 2 years is necessary.
