Pathways 2 Partnerships & More is actively seeking an enthusiastic Area Enrollment Coordinator in the above mentioned cities to join our mission-driven team. This pivotal role involves fostering critical connections and inspiring community college students to successfully transition to four-year universities and achieve their Bachelor's degrees.

As an Area Enrollment Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of this transformative work, directly impacting countless academic journeys.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Strategic Relationship Building:** Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with key personnel at community colleges within your designated territory, be it in Houston, or Austin, or Dallas/Fort Worth. This includes faculty, academic advisors, student services staff, and administrative leadership.

* **Student Outreach & Engagement:** Design and deliver engaging presentations and informational sessions on community college campuses at least once per semester. Articulate the unique value proposition of Pathways 2 Partnerships & More, inspiring prospective students to envision and pursue their transfer goals.

* **Program Development & Facilitation:** Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of enriching student programs each semester. This includes facilitating interactive workshops, coordinating insightful guest speaker events with university representatives, and arranging impactful field trips to four-year university campuses.

* **Extensive Travel & Recruitment:** Undertake significant regional travel, including dedicated periods for multi-day college tours, particularly during peak recruitment seasons such as June and July. This may involve being on the road for up to six weeks during these periods to ensure broad student access and engagement.

* **Job performance will determine the availability of working remotely.
