Social Media Manager Posted by : Brendan Falk, Founder and CEO What are we looking for? We're hiring a social media manager to own all of our Hercules' presence across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram. What will you lead? Channels: You will manage our X, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts. Content creation: You will create compelling content that converts and grows Hercules' brand Account management: You will engage with customers and prospective customers and direct them to sales or support as needed What skills do we expect you to have? Proven track record growing organic social for a software product Excellent writing and editorial judgment (hooks, clarity, voice, pacing) Strong creative direction for short-form video (scripting, structure, creator guidance) Comfort with analytics (what moved, why it moved, and what to do next) Strong AI workflows for ideation, drafting, editing, repurposing, and performance analysis Compensation: $100k-$250k + equity (depends on seniority, equity, and location) #J-18808-Ljbffr Hercules
