Responsibilities
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments; contribute to eligibility determinations in alignment with state and district policies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals; document student progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals; participate in IEP meetings and team planning.
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation within the school charting system and manage a caseload up to 60 students.

Requirements
- WA Speech-Language Pathologist license (active)
- ESA certification required
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) accepted
- Ability to deliver in-person SLP services in a K–12 school setting (Spanaway, WA) and comply with district and state requirements
