Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer General (General Ultrasound) position located in Plainview, Texas. This role involves performing a variety of ultrasound examinations, including fetal, obstetric, breast, transvaginal, vascular, and echocardiogram procedures, among others. The position requires a full-body ultrasound technologist capable of working in a multispecialty environment with on-call responsibilities.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts with on-call hours from 5pm to 8am, Monday through Friday, and 24-hour coverage on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications including BLS and ARDMS or ARDMS VT or RDCSS. A valid compact state license must be in hand at submission. At least 1 year of ultrasound experience, including general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, Breast, Transvaginal, Vascular, and Echocardiogram procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in all general exams and specialty procedures such as vascular and echocardiogram. Ability to assist with adult echocardiography, contrast echocardiography, and stress treadmill exams.
• Float: Float rotation may be required between units.
• Additional Information: The position requires full-body ultrasound expertise, including general, fetal, OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, and echocardiogram procedures. Candidates must be willing to work scheduled holidays, with specific RTO and scheduling requests to be communicated upfront. The assignment duration is initially 7 days, with potential for extension. Candidates should be prepared to work in a multispecialty environment with a patient population ranging from neonates to geriatrics.
