Litigation Graphics Consultant

Litigation Graphics Consultant Employment Type: Full Time, Mid-Level Department: Litigation Support CGS is seeking a Litigation Graphics Consultant to support litigation work for a large Federal agency. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining graphics for court proceedings, including timelines, document excerpts, diagrams, and scene recreations. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain engaging graphics for litigation proceedings Create timelines, document excerpts, diagrams, scene recreations, and other visual artifacts Perform video editing and format conversions Set up, support, and take down audio‑visual systems; provide basic IT support for printers, networking, and connectivity Ensure all evidence is presented efficiently and clearly in court evidence presentations Revise and improve graphics in expert reports (80‑100 slides) Develop opening and closing slides (estimated 100‑150 slides) Consult with client experts and third‑party witnesses to refine graphics (up to 50 slides) Interpret data to create graphical representations of information Provide realistic time estimates for graphic requests and meet all deadlines Maintain 24/7 availability throughout the local San Jose, CA trial; coordinate with at least one other colleague Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Digital Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field Minimum of 3 years of relevant graphic design experience High proficiency in graphic design, infographics, and Microsoft PowerPoint Excellent skill in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with WordPress, Webflow, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and Dreamweaver preferred Ability to create, design, and modify mockups for web‑based platforms Portfolio of independently created graphics required Strong self‑management skills and ability to work within tight deadlines Effective collaboration in a team setting Preferred Based in the Bay Area to minimize time‑zone issues; remote work via phone, email, or video calls is expected Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Coverage Life Insurance 401(k) Flexible Spending Accounts (Health, Dependent Care, and Commuter) Paid Time Off and Observance of State/Federal Holidays Contact Government Services, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
