Monitor continuous telemetry data, interpret rhythm strips, respond to alarms, and initiate interventions per orders. Administer prescribed medications and therapies; perform ongoing assessments and document findings accurately in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensure patient safety, and provide education to patients and families as appropriate. Maintain unit readiness, participate in rounds, complete required charting and shift handoffs, and elevate concerns to the charge nurse or physician as needed. May be asked to float to alternate campus locations in Laconia or Franklin, NH, based on unit needs and credentialing. Requirements Active NH RN license or Compact license, required at time of submission; Nursys license verification for all active RN licenses Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NHISS required prior to start Dysrhythmia exam required during onboarding; preferred score of 80% or higher 2+ years of Telemetry nursing experience on resume; 1–2 years of Med‑Surg experience considered, with acuity knowledge Ability to float to additional campus locations in Laconia or Franklin, NH, as needed Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required RTO (time-off requests) must be included at submission Benefits and Support Credentialing and onboarding support, including licensure verification and compliance steps Onboarding with rhythm interpretation assessment and related requirements Dedicated support throughout the assignment from a recruiter and local staffing team Potential for assignment extension based on performance and unit needs Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
