Registered Nurse – Medical/SurgicalSchedule: 12hr Nights, 12x3Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly Contract Weeks: 13Requirements:Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submissionBLS & ACLS certifications required, NHISS needed prior to start2+ years of experience in specialty requiredDocumented travel experienceSkills checklist matching specialtyDrivers licenses with address that matches demographicsNURSYS Report for license verification with all active RN licensesDysrhythmia exam required during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%1-2 years minimum Med/Surg experience; Critical Care RN accepted with Med/Surg fluencyEMR experience preferred: CernerResponsibilities:Provide direct patient care and support in a medical/surgical setting.Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.Monitor patient progress and collaborate with the healthcare team.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.Compliance / Notes: RTO must be included at the time of submission. Travelers may be requested to float to partner facilities as needed.
