Growing together.This position is responsible for revenue retention and growth, customer satisfaction, opportunity generation, and relationship management.You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Establish, develop and continuously maintain a relationship with their designated clientsFacilitate business reviews at least annually with clients to ensure strong program adoptionMaintain accurate documentation of all (proactive/reactive) client engagement activities in Salesforce CRMActively work to proactively engage clients with a goal of maintaining a high retention rate greater than 97%Effectively keeps others adequately informed by presenting information to everyone involvedAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusionsExperience working for or in Pharma; Experience working with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams or Patient Assistance space strongly desiredTechnical skills a mustWorks closely with Sales/Data/Program Engineering, Billing, Implementation/Leadership teams to cultivate strong client relationships and work to grow existing account(s)Ability to understand data, and analyze to produce outcomes and insightsCommunicate development needs/request to product ownerExperience managing up to 10-15 accounts at a time, with an increased seasonal workloadYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
