Position Overview AIMH HI is seeking to hire a Program Support Specialist to support the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) team. This position plays a key role in supporting the training and consultation team. Working closely with the Program Director (currently the Executive Director), this position coordinates multiple projects, timelines, and logistics, ensuring a high-quality experience for the participants in AIMH HI’s programs and services. Primary Responsibilities The Program Support Specialist’s key responsibilities are coordinating the deliverables of projects, including logistics of events, project meetings, and internal communication. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, detail and task-oriented team player who enjoys organizing, updating team members, and completing projects. Work Schedule Normal Business Hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Must be able to work evenings and weekends with advance notice. This full-time position is eligible for company benefits, observed holidays and will accrue paid time off. While this position does not report to a dedicated office, the Program Support Specialist must attend in-person trainings, meetings, workgroups, and conferences. Travel may include visits to other islands. AIMH HI will provide a computer and other office supplies. The Program Support Specialist will need a dedicated workspace in their home that is free of distractions, in which they can adequately perform their job duties that include stable and reliable internet connection and the ability to have confidential meetings. Equipment Use standard office equipment Required Qualifications Knowledge of computer systems, specifically cloud-based platforms Strong written and verbal communication Knowledge of administrative operations, office management, and organizational systems Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to foster a positive workplace culture Bachelor’s degree in related field One (1) to three (3) years of administrative, logistical, or operational support roles Experience in meeting and training coordination, specifically on Zoom Experience in customer service or coordinating customer facing activities Preferred Qualifications Experience in supporting professional development programs Experience working in the field of Infant and Mental Health Compensation $28.50-$31.25/hour. Actual compensation will be based on education and experience. IECMH Program Support Responsible for coordination, documentation, and communication for training and consultation meetings and activities Serve as the primary source of communication related to projects, including note taking, documentation, and internal communications Responsible for the management of the training calendar, supplies, and all logistics for virtual and in-person professional development events Work in coordination with IECMH team to communicate with contractors Workgroup Support Coordinate and document meetings related to special initiatives of the organization Organizational Programs Responsible for engaging with prospective, new, and existing members Support the Endorsement process in coordination of the Executive Director and Endorsement Coordinator Assist with operational coordination across programs and staff Assist with maintaining organizational records and administrative procedures Organizational Support Serve as a collaborative operational and strategic partner to the Executive Director Help foster a positive, supportive, compliant and accountable workplace culture Support organizational growth through scalable systems and processes Participate in organizational planning, cross-functional initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts Contribute to special projects and organizational initiatives as needed Performs other related duties as required #J-18808-Ljbffr Association for Infant Mental Health in Hawaii
