Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: Toyota of Rockwall – Rockwall, TX
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm
About Us:
Toyota of Rockwall is a locally owned, customer-focused dealership dedicated to providing exceptional service and a supportive work environment. We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Full-Time Accounting Clerk to support our accounting department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support current office staff with daily tasks
- Cross train with billing clerk, title clerk, and AP/AR clerk
- Keep the file room organized, up to date, and ensure documents are scanned into the system
- Provide front desk/reception coverage when needed (answering phones, greeting guests)
- Assist with month-end closing processes as needed
- Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal departments
- File Car Deals, Receipts and Vehicle Documents
- Prepare documents for customer pick-up
Qualifications:
- Excellent accuracy, organization, and time management skills
- Basic Excel skills and comfort with digital recordkeeping
- Professional and courteous communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
